We have built a lot of scavenger hunt applications in the paste (see examples and approaches). Most recently we launched one as part of Cher Lloyd’s American Wants Cher Lloyd Back campaign. Yesterday we launched another unique application for the new season of CMT’s My Big Redneck Vacation and here is a first look at the application.

Collect the Redneck Cards and Enter to Win!
The Redneck Games application allows fans to perform weekly activities (tasks) around each episode to unlock cast member cards. The list of available tasks/activities really builds on the broad range of actions we have support in the past, and this promotion will definately highlight the flexibility of our platform. Activities will including watching videos, and playing games and other activities that build on less complex actions we have supported in the past.

A Broad Range of Tasks and Activities
The Redneck Games application will challenge fans to perform a very broad range of activities ranging from the simple to the complex. Stay tuned (and play the game) to get sense of what is possible.

Unlocking Cards vs Badges, On-Site vs Off-Site
In our Cher Lloyd campaign, fans had to search for and unlock badges located on other sites. In our Redneck Games campaign, fans STAY on Facebook but perform more comprehensive tasks to unlock cards!
