Columbia Records asked us to create a virtual edition of an offline campaign they launched in 4 cities to promote the success release of the band's new single Live While We're Young and upcoming album Take Me Home. We developed a rather unique Facebook application that allowed fans to stream the new single, enter a sweepstakes but also combining audio recording, Instagram integration and more.
The #LWWY Facebook application allowed fans, many of whom were unable to make it to phone booth, to enter the sweepstakes on Facebook for a chance to win tickets to see One Direction in concert. Features include:
- Streaming of the new single
- Ability to enter sweepstakes
- Geo-locked to fan from the United States , international visitors see a simple pre-order screen (see below)
- Custom panoramic view of New York
- Voice recorder that allows fans to leave a message for the band
- Instagram integration that tied the offline campaign to the online campaign
