User's growing reliance on mobile phones and emergence of new scalable and cost-effective telephony platforms have given rise to a new generation of voice applications.  At Metablocks, we are trying to drive some of that innovation in the areas of music and entertainment voice applications. Additionally, by marrying voice and texting with social media applications, we are creating power voice applications that allow both brands and music labels to better identify, communicate and engage with their customers.

Recently we launched a voice application for country music artist Maggie Rosie, centered on the premiere of her new single, this week we launched another voice application for king of country music himself -  George Strait, you can check it out at: http://meta2.us/60voice

The voice application has the following feature and functionality:

• Fans are able to call and leave a birthday voice message for George Strait
• Fans are able to hear George Strait's new single and have links to iTunes and Amazon automatically texted to them
• Fans are able to connect with Facebook and associate their message with their social media profile
• Fans were able to unlock an exclusive video from George after they called
• Application also featured messages from fellow music artists
• Back-end administrive console (see below) that allows admins to feature, moderate and manage user messages

Welcome Screen:
Users are asked to enter the number they called from in order to unlock and exclusive video from George. The application can also optionally be Like-gated.

Permission Screen:
Once the application has verified the user has called, it allows them to connect with Facebook in order to get their profile information. The application can optionally ask fans to opt-in to email or mobile communication.

Thanks Screen:
Once users have connected with the application, they are able to view the exclusive video.

Administrative Console:
This allows administrators to manage, preview and feature user voice messages.
