Fan-made lyric videos that feature user generated content (UCG) are very common in the music industry and there is a right way and wrong way (or a not so right way) to do it!  The right way involves collecting fan content in an organized fashion and making sure users agree to your terms and conditions (a set of rules that give you rights to use their content).
